At our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in China, we utilize advanced rotational molding technology to create custom spill control solutions to meet our customers’ specific needs. Our spill control products, including spill control pallets, berms, and trays, are made from rugged, chemically resistant materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP). These materials ensure outstanding strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability, even in the most challenging industrial environments. Ideal for use in warehouses, chemical storage areas, factories, and transportation, our products prevent liquid spills of oil, chemicals, fuels, and other hazardous substances.
Material Mixing: The raw materials, such as HDPE or PP, are mixed with additives, colorants, and stabilizers in a mixer to ensure uniform consistency. The blended material is then loaded into the mold for molding.
Molding: The mold is heated in an oven to soften the material. It then rotates on two axes, ensuring even distribution of the plastic on the mold’s inner surface. The mold continues to rotate as the material cools and solidifies into the desired shape.
Trimming and Inspection: After cooling, the molded product is removed from the mold. Any excess material (flash) is trimmed off, and the product is thoroughly inspected for defects, ensuring it meets quality standards before being stored or shipped.
